When was the last time you had a meal that was freshly prepared within hours of being harvested and the producewas derived solely from local sources? The Local Food Fair will provide such a coveted dining experience! Below is a list of collaborators from the CPP campus as well as a list of contributing farms. Some of the major on-campus entities working on the local food fair are: Student volunteers from RS 450: Sustainable Communities, John T. Lyle Center for Regenerative Studies, Los Olivos, Collins College of Hospitality Management, Los Olivos Dining Commons, and The Green Team.
Also participating in the Local Food Fair: The Farm Store, Claremont Food Not Lawns, The Regenerative Cooperative of Pomona, Southern California Agricultural Land Foundation, The Garden and Farmscapes.
